We booked a rental car from MOTOROADS. com again like last year to travel on Bulgaria. Our flight from Rome, Italy landed in Sofia with 2 hours delay. However, representative from car rental company, nice young lady was awaiting us. Everything was smoothly and excellent. We spent 15 min to finish the paper work, got the keys and voila: we were behind the wheel. Good things with MOTOROADS that they always strive to give you the best service. Nice job. Thank you. Taxi waited 2hours at Burgas airport because the plane was late, excellent. He then drove us for one and a half hours to our hotel and we arrived about 2am. We were impressed. 2 days later I phoned to rent a car and was told that I could only do it online. Now read the Cons. Car rentals

5th Aug - 26th Aug We hired two vehicles from MOTOROADS as we had our children with us for the first part of the Holiday. The first vehicle was a Large 8 + 1 person Bus, we ordered a Manual, Vauxhall but got a Mercedes auto as replacement. After 8 days we put the children on a flight home and changed cars for the second part of our Holiday, second car ordered was a Toyota Yaris but we were given a Renault Clio in its place. Overall though a good service, although a little frantic at drop off and pickups at the Airport due to Traffic police. We will use the company again Next year and hope we get the vehicles that we order next time. Car rentals

I have used MOTOROADS several times during the last 5 - 6 years. Everything has worked perfect everytime - both when I just had a car for 2 and when I needed bigger car with children seat.
