We were very pleased with the service. The agents were polite and professional. Their English was not fluent, but in the end it all worked well. The car was also very nice and the chains proved life-saving :) All in all, we were very happy with the service and will be back.

Very good service, car was waiting for me when I got there and dealt with quickley to enable us tocarry on with our journey. Again when we returned the car and again dealt with very quickley, will definately be using again.

Hi we hired cars twice from yourself in and also hired a citreon jumper van twice during 2008. we were delighted with the service you provided us and hae recommended you to our friends and family. We have 2 further trips to Bulgaria in 2009 in June and August we will certainly hire cars from you again subject to the prices not increasing. We would also welcome discount vouchers for each hire

Every time we rent a car ( 4 or 5 times) we had no problem. I`m a council woman at the city of Bayonne France. I work with the city of Veliko Turnovo and I recomend my friends of the city hall and people from Bayonne who want to come in Bulgaria to rent à car at MOTOROADS. The same for the hotels even if I don`t need because your are very kind, very serious and people who come to give the car are very kind and very sure.
